Delivery Information
In stock orders are processed and dispatched within two business days of the order being made. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post and/or courier with a Proof of Delivery being required on delivery.
You should receive an email identifying the consignment and shipping carrier on the actual day of dispatch.
Items are shipped via Australia Post and Couriers.
In the event you are not home on the day of delivery your parcel will be delivered to a local post office and you will be left with a notification card identifying;
Delivery time will be dependent on the dispatch and delivery address locations. Capital cities on the East Coast should all be delivered within five - twelve days. Please note, Australia Post have increased their delivery timeframes, hence increasing our timeframe.
Regional and Remote locations will take longer and may be dependent on an agent delivery schedule.
